Edmonton Backyard Covid Wedding: Picnic Lunch Outdoor Wedding

Edmonton Backyard Covid Wedding: Picnic Lunch Outdoor Wedding

Stefanie & Joseph got married on the family acreage, and their wedding was essentially my dream wedding. No matter what was happening in the world, these two were determined to get married! Covid or not, it was a perfect day with beautiful weather and an amazing location. Also, I finally got to photograph in the blossoms (since their property has 26 apple tress). My favourite part of their wedding was a beautiful picnic lunch instead of a typical wedding reception – it didn’t hurt that the food was the most amazing food ever.

Some special notes from the bride: My mom is a bit of an antiques collector so we had a lot to work with. My older sister Jennifer, my sister-in-law Heather, and my mom Sally did all the decor. The velvet couch was my great, great grandmother’s. The John Deere Model G tractor was the tractor my great grandpa used on his farm – my parents had it restored. The VW Bug is my Mom’s that she got from family.
