Woodvale Community League and Golf Course Wedding: Edmonton Fall Wedding

This past month, Megan & Kristina photographed the wedding of Elise & Jesse and we FINALLY have those beautiful fall colours that we have been waiting for. How gorgeous is that backdrop at Mill Creek Ravine?

I cannot get over the emotion from this wedding – right from the getting ready to the reception. So much laughter and tears! Kristina & Megan did a beautiful job of capturing it!

Vendors that made this day possible:

Photographer: Kristina, RedTree Photography Associate

Second Shooter: Megan, RedTree Photography Associate

Dress: Bridal Debut

Designer: Maggie Sottero

Bridesmaid Dresses: EAV Boutique

Hair: Celine Nelson & Elysian Artistry

Makeup: CMAE beauty & EMKAY

Groom: Derks Formals

Flowers: Heather De Kok

Chair Covers & Sashes: Angels Among Us

DJ: Baseline DJ

Venue: Woodvale Community League and Golf Course

Officiant: Naomi Tichkowsky

Jewellery:Joanna Bisley Designs

Engagement Ring: Gemvara

Wedding Band: Spence Diamonds

Nails: Blossom Salon & Spa

The ladies got ready at the Delta South hotel in the suite.

Kristina photographed the guys getting ready. This is the first time that I have ever seen knives gifted to the groomsmen. Apparently they thought popping champagne with those knives was safe – luckily there were no major accidents during the getting ready, and no trips to emergency! Too funny.

Elise & Jesse decided to meet before their ceremony to read letters to each other, and then to do a first look. I am so in love with their reactions!

They had a beautiful indoor ceremony at the Golf Course.

After the ceremony, they made their way to Mill Creek Ravine for their formals.

After their formals, and all of those beautiful fall colours, they made their way back to the Golf Course for their reception.

  1. Very nice , I’m impressed, my daughters wedding will be on May 2021 , I’ll be looking forward to keep in touch with you guys .

  2. As mother of the groom for this wedding, I have to say how professional and wonderful the photographers were! I look at these photos (at least 4 times a day) and the story unfolds like a fairytale and then my eyes leak…

What an amazingly beautiful day it was. A huge thank you to Megan and Kristina, from RedTree Photography, for creatively bringing this fairytale love story to life for all of us to enjoy!
