This was my second Calgary Zoo wedding this year, and they happened to be back to back! Even though both of these weddings were at the same venue, the weddings could not have been more different from each other. I love that about the zoo, it is super versatile and so beautiful! One of my favourite areas of the Zoo is the Jurassic area with all of the fake hoodoos. As you will see, we made our way over to that area after some photos with the camels and panda!

Melissa & Lloyd got married at the Calgary zoo at the beginning of the month, and we had the hottest wedding day of the year! Melissa is one of the most talented brides when it comes to her DIY decor. Can you believe that all of her signage (and many other elements) were created by her? I believe she will be taking commissions after this…

The great thing about renting out a mansion Air Bnb, everyone can get ready in the same place! Lloyd and his guys got ready in the basement of the house.

Melissa & Lloyds wedding took place outside of the Conservatory. What I loved most about their decor was all of their stunning florals!

After their ceremony, we walked around the grounds with the bridal party, and we even had a visit from the friendly neighbourhood peacock
