Dreamy Engagement Session at Big Bear Park in Edmonton | Jenna & Thomas

There are some days in this job that just leave you feeling so inspired—and yesterday was absolutely one of them.

With three engagement sessions photographed by Megan and an engagement party captured by Kristina, we have so many beautiful previews coming your way. It’s the kind of full, creative day that reminds me just how much I love what we do and the incredible couples we get to work with.

I’m starting with Jenna and Thomas’s engagement session, photographed by Megan in the river valley near Big Bear Park in Edmonton—and it was truly a dream.

Everything about the evening came together so perfectly. The wind added that soft, whimsical movement you just can’t plan for, creating the most romantic atmosphere. Jenna wore the most beautiful flowy dress that caught the breeze in the best way, adding so much life and motion to their images. It was one of those sessions where every little element aligned—the light, the location, the energy between them—and it made the entire shoot feel effortless and full of magic.

Sessions like this are such a reminder that sometimes the in-between moments, the movement, and even the unpredictable elements like wind can create something even more beautiful than you imagined.
