Malcom Hotel Winter Wedding in Canmore: Rocky Mountain Winter Wedding

I just photographed my last wedding of the year a couple weeks ago- and it POURED all afternoon while we were taking photos. Although I feel terrible for Kelsey & David (that they had to shoot through the rain and cold) – obviously, I was ecstatic. You know me – BRING ON THE RAIN!

We photographed their ceremony on the terrace of the Malcom Hotel in Canmore, and then made our way over to Quarry Lake for some group photos, and finally to the Three Sisters Viewpoint for bride & groom.

One fun thing that you will notice at the very end of the night is a Polish ceremony where the dads bring one shot of tequila and one of water. Whoever gets the tequila “wears the pants”. I think It’s pretty obvious who got what!
