St.John’s Lutheran Church Calmar Wedding: Edmonton Wedding Photographers
I love when we have double wedding weekends! There’s something so exhilarating about capturing love stories back-to-back. Yesterday, Kristina and Megan (the dream team!) were out shooting Taylor & Aaron’s wedding, and from the snippets I’ve seen, it was a truly magical day. They got married at the cutest little church, and I can’t wait to dive into all their images. I’m sure they captured every sweet, tear-filled, and joyful moment perfectly.
Now, let’s talk about the details that made this wedding so special. Every element, from the dresses to the decor, came together beautifully, thanks to an amazing group of vendors. - Photography:
- Kristina & Megan, RedTree Photography Associates
- Bridal Attire:
- Dress was from @purebridalyeg, with alterations and bustle expertly done by Debbie’s Fashion Design
- Bridesmaids and Bridesman Attire:
- The bridesmaids’ dresses were from Azazie, allowing the girls to pick something they loved in the brides preferred color.
- The bridesman got his bow tie, pocket square, and suspenders from Azazie to match, and rented his suit from Moores.
- Hair:
- Hair along with the bridesmaids’, bridesman, MOB, and MC, was done by the talented Amreen and Simi with @glowartistry.
- Groom and Groomsmen Attire:
- The groom bought his suit from Tip Top Tailor in Sherwood Park, which is also where all the groomsmen purchased theirs.
- Flowers:
- The brilliant Wendy of Weddings by Wendy crafted our beautiful floral arrangements.
- No planner for this wedding—just me and Aran, putting our heads together and crossing our fingers!
- Decor:
- We created, bought, and set up all our decor using Facebook Marketplace, Michaels, the dollar store, Canva, Party City, and, of course, Amazon.
- Catering:
- The awesome Angelika of A1 Catering provided our food, desserts, and midnight lunch.
- Officiant:
- Our officiant was the brides cousin, Ashley, who also got married in that same church!
- Transportation:
- Perfect Limo provided our stylish and comfortable transportation.
- DJ:
- Mark and Ryan from @prime_xiii_sound kept the dance floor alive and the energy high all night long.
- Cake:
- The delicious wedding cake was crafted by Stacy from Stacy’s Cakes YEG.
- Photobooth & Decor:
- ShutterPics Photobooth supplied the beautiful moving standing flowers and LED butterflies, while the curtains came from River City Events.
- All the linens were generously donated by To a Tee Catering, the fantastic caterer at Broadmoor Golf Course.
