Sydney & Sterling’s Edmonton Wedding | Designs by Mona, Blush Artistry & More

Sydney & Sterling’s wedding day was nothing short of beautiful, and we’re so excited to share a little preview from their celebration. Our talented associate photographer, Megan from Redtree Photography, captured their Edmonton wedding with so much care, documenting both the big moments and the small, emotional details that make a wedding day unforgettable.

One of the highlights was Sydney’s stunning wedding dress, custom made by Designs by Mona, a local seamstress with a shop downtown Edmonton. The dress was absolutely breathtaking and fit Sydney like it was made for her — because it was!

Her flawless bridal look was completed by the team at Blush Artistry, who created a timeless hair and makeup style that paired perfectly with her custom gown.

Sterling looked sharp in his suit from TipTop Tailors, with ties and pocket squares to match for the groomsmen. The couple kept things classic and personal for their wedding party, letting bridesmaids and groomsmen choose outfits they truly loved and could wear again.

The flowers came from Costco, proving that with the right styling, you can create simple yet beautiful floral details.

For the ceremony and reception, River City Events supplied chairs, tablecloths, chair covers, and the reception backdrop. The couple added their own personal touch by hand-making many of the decorations themselves, which gave the day a warm, intimate feel.

Food was a highlight of the evening — guests were treated to gourmet eats from Bully Food Truck and sweets from the Sherwood Park Bakery. To add a personal touch, a close friend baked their wedding cake.

The ceremony itself was officiated by Dave Sawchuk of Get Married YEG, who brought warmth, humor, and personality to the day.
