A Dreamy Whitewood Barn Wedding | Edmonton Wedding Photographers

There’s something magical about photographing weddings at The Whitewood Barn in Leduc County, and this celebration was no exception. From the very beginning, it was clear that every detail of the day had been carefully planned with love, creating a wedding that was as meaningful as it was beautiful.

As an Edmonton wedding photographer, The Whitewood Barn is one of my favorite venues to capture—its rustic charm, natural light, and open countryside make it the perfect backdrop for romantic wedding portraits and heartfelt moments. This wedding was full of joy, laughter, and so much love.

The Bride’s Style

The bride looked absolutely stunning in her gown from Durand Bridal, designed by Christina Wu. For the reception, she changed into a chic party dress from Azazie (the Amaze Kristi), which was perfect for dancing the night away. Her bridesmaids wore gorgeous Azazie dresses in complementary tones, while the groom and groomsmen had custom-made tuxedos and suits from REIGN Suits Co. in Edmonton.

Hair and makeup were flawlessly done by Wayne K Artistry, giving the bride a timeless look that lasted all day.

The Wedding Details

Flowers by Local Roots Floral Design added a soft, romantic touch to the barn setting, while décor carefully sourced and styled by the bride herself—with the help of family and friends—brought her vision to life.

Guests enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Kosmo’s in Leduc, and the dance floor stayed packed thanks to Chad from the DJ Kwake team. The stunning cake, made by Wild Rose Cakes, was both beautiful and delicious.

Every little detail reflected the couple’s personal style and their incredible love for each other.

The Ceremony & Reception

The couple exchanged vows in a heartfelt ceremony officiated by the bride’s aunt, Barbara McBride, adding an extra layer of intimacy to the day. From start to finish, the celebration was filled with joyful tears, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
