Family Session at Home: Summer Family Photography Edmonton

There’s something extra special about photographing a family in their own space—especially when it’s a family we get to see year after year.

Megan recently had the joy of photographing the Hopkins family at their home, and every time we visit, it feels more personal and more meaningful. This time, we even got to meet their chickens!

We love when families choose to have their session at home—there’s a natural comfort that comes through in the photos, and it’s so fun to document how life changes over the years. After some sweet moments around their house, we crossed the street to their favourite little park, a tradition we’ve come to love with this crew.
