There’s something so special about summer engagement sessions in Edmonton, and Holly and Mitch’s session at Mill Creek Ravine South is the perfect example of why. Mill Creek Ravine South is one of our favourite locations for engagement sessions, especially in the summer months. The lush greenery, winding pathways, and soft evening light create such a naturally romantic setting without feeling overly posed or formal. It’s the kind of place where couples can truly just be themselves—and that always photographs beautifully.

Holly and Mitch embraced that laid-back, fun energy from the very beginning. Their session was filled with genuine laughter, easy connection, and those quiet in-between moments that make engagement photos feel so meaningful. We always encourage our couples to keep things casual, and this session is a perfect example of how effortless and natural that can look.
